OK pay compared to other companies, could be better

Xpress Technologies is a progressive company that understands the balance between "life" and work. After "weeding out" the forces that contributed to a negative culture (in 2006), Xpress became a positive, enjoyable place to work. The people at Xpress are top-notch, and the product is incredible.

At this point in time, I can't think of any downside to working with the company, with the possible exception of the salesperson who has to travel extensively on a national level.... but that's the choice you make when you go to work in this industry.
