I’d like to be specific and truthful. In April of 2020 the leadership told me “we are changing your job on a temporary basis for fungibility and training purposes, this is only temporary, don’t worry”. A few months pass and then they say “we changed our minds, you are now furloughed due to the needs of the business.” This blatant lying has cost me my job and everything I worked for for 3 years, I have those emails saved. Later they gave me the “opportunity” to work several hours from my home, but clearly it was a “force him to quit” attempt, and I was terminated when I was too sick to keep doing it daily. We had one fatality and also one near-fatality (life-long trauma as a result) , I believe the leadership let those former employees down due to lack of training. I was also instructed to commit violations of the fire marshal code (in one of the depots) by leadership. That is the truth, if that still matters in this day and age. They used the tumult of the Covid pandemic as a sly excuse to eliminate my employment. I am telling the 100% truth and frankly I should sue them. If I knew how to, I would. If this truthful review is denied I will only try again. And one more thing, I specifically remember one member of the mgmt team gleefully admitting to me that another person in a leadership role has written at least one fake review on sites like this. Names not included, but you know who you are. So I would be highly suspicious of most of these positive reviews based on that confession.
