Pros

I've been working for XPOINT for over a year, and overall I'm really happy with my experience. There is an excellent corporative culture - everyone is friendly, supportive, and always willing to help. I've made some great friends and feel like I'm part of a real team.

Cons

That being said, there are a few areas where the company could improve. Communication can be a bit inconsistent at times.
