      Supportive and collaborative team culture; colleagues are approachable and always willing to help. Good opportunities to work with modern DevOps tools and cloud technologies. Management is transparent, approachable, and open to new ideas. Work-life balance is respected with flexible work arrangements. Encourages continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.

      Cons

      Some processes could be more streamlined to reduce repetitive tasks as part of onboarding.

      Pros

      Indiviudal contributors are nice people on a global scale. Management does claim to care about their employees.

      Cons

      They are off-shoring the entire company, bit by bit. You can get hired, so long as you're based in India. And 9 out of 10 hires are male. They claim to talk about diversity and inclusion, but I'm not seeing it.
