      - Well-organized event with a good balance of fun and formal recognition - Interactive team games and outdoor activities encouraged bonding - Recognition ceremony made employees feel valued - Felicitated with Extra-ordinary X-factor Award for performance in year 2024-25. - Dinner was a nice way to wrap up the day with colleagues

      It would be great if all team members join the event.

      Pros

      Indiviudal contributors are nice people on a global scale. Management does claim to care about their employees.

      Cons

      They are off-shoring the entire company, bit by bit. You can get hired, so long as you're based in India. And 9 out of 10 hires are male. They claim to talk about diversity and inclusion, but I'm not seeing it.
