Lack of consistent direction Lack of long term vision Always chasing new users at the expense of existing users

Good group of people to work with. Product has tons of potential. Entirely virtual office so thats a real bonus.

Focus on low ROI clients which limits the product in professional settings so lots of users have a hard time staying with it long term as they outgrow its capabilities. Lots start with it and move to something else eventually. Money always is tight - not going broke but not flush either.
