Pros
Compensation is quite decent and work from home for you if you are friends with them or in their "Good books"
Cons
The work culture felt really immature and pretty toxic. Asking a simple question felt like doing something wrong. Meetings were the worst; only a few people talked, and if you dared to ask anything, you’d get hit with comments that could seriously knock down your confidence. You might get judged for asking questions in their close-knit circle too. Work-life balance basically doesn’t exist. You’re expected to work 10–12 hours a day, and management will message you any time - day or night and expect an immediate reply. There’s zero respect for your life outside work. Some managers act like they're on a different level entirely and expect you to talk to them in this super “proper” tone all the time. The company is run by a bunch of tech folks who act like they’re building some rocket science, which just adds more arrogance to the mix. Overall, it’s a pretty toxic environment that can really drain your confidence and your personal life.
