Pros
Extensive resources available to address customer concerns. Products (high end printing) and Consulting are average at best Being competitive usually results into tricking customers into Remanufactured products that cost less but have sig more issues or "re-positioning consulting so customer would need a csi team to figure out how to compare us with other competitors
Cons
If you are Black..Ursala's got your back. All others are just fillers till the right members of the club are available and/or interested. The fact that we don't advertise the quotas system as much is good but it is still in place..covered by different words
