      Pros

      The employee's are wonderful people. I really like that I can go to work dressed as I want and no one cares.

      Cons

      The pay for the Customer care Rep's is minimum wage with incentives. They are banking on if their employees need the money to make ends meet, they will cross sell more product. The computers could be better.

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
