I can sum up this company with one sentence. "You are replaceable" they will always have a training claso going on because they know most people will eventually quit because they've found every other call center out there that actually care about their employees. They don't appreciate their employees and it shows. Management doesn't seem to know what's going on, the pay is a joke for what you deal with. They will change your schedule on a whim giving you a few days notice. There is a small incentive for making the goals set however the expectations are pretty unrealistic. If you are desperate for a job or just need some call center experience, go for it. however understand their turn around rate is just about 100% if a recruiter promises you something, get it in writing. I guarantee they will talk their way out of it. Good luck
