Lack of raises, diminishing benefits and stunted growth opportunities are pushing more and more people to leave this once great company. With outsourcing the name of the game, the company doesn't care...they replace you with someone cheaper from elsewhere. Unfortunately, I don't think the infrastructure and training is sufficient for this globally fractured workforce being created.
