Pros
Glad ACS and then Xerox had the Medicaid contract to determine eligibility in the State of ____ during the age of Obama. This has been one of the most secure jobs in the country. Looking foward to what the once purchased and now sold company is going to do. Like ACS much better than our new name. So dumb, I can't even remember it.
Cons
Have no connection with corporate Xerox. Ursula sends emails talking like those of us actually doing the work have any idea what is going. No pay raise in 7 years. Have stayed because the work is not bad.
