Pros

That managers really help a lot. They just need to train on the real world part of the job. More On going training would help.

Cons

The complaining customers. Feeling entitled to be mean. And pay was decent but almost worth it for getting yelled at constantly.

Big company with solid benefits

Cons

Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
