- Working along side a talented and knowledgeable team of technicians. - Staff are friendly and easy to get along with -Excellent working environment at the main office - Members are always helping to teach/refine your IT skills - Company holds various fun team activities at the end of each term - Some computer resources are available, I received a refurbished laptop for on-site use from the company. - The company has helped when I did not have access to transport, through providing a company car until repairs were made. - The company is attentive to employees input and suggestions

- A lot of driving/travelling, which varies based of schedule. May not be for everyone.

- Honesty and transparency from management (communication has improved greatly over the years) - Time and opportunities given for certification studies from office

No real cons I can think of, however I have seen cons from previous technicians with complaints on pay and also responsibilities. Please note, you're a trainee at Xenontech and the tasks they give you should help you to understand to function as a human being, especially in being supportive to your peers. One con I can mention is with the work itself though. The Department of Education limited us technicians with our tools and resources, causing us to rely on them at times.
