-- Good for freshers as per learning perspective. You will learn how to take pressure , how to manage over stressed people who are working here from last 5-7 years. -- Good for stable people as this companies gives you unstability.
Cons
-- No work life balance , in total 3 years of journey i have worked 14 hrs as an average. -- FNF was cleared after 3 months and more than 30+ mails with some unnecessary deductions. -- If you can work like a labour this company is best for you. -- No appraisal and hikes because you spit facts in front of your CEO. -- Unprofessional Townhall where CEO comes to ROAST employees.
