Pros

The company offers free lunches, but it's clear this is more of a benefit to them than to employees. It's used as a tax write-off and often feels like a way to distract from the below market pay. Rather than investing in fair compensation, they rely on perks that don't meaningfully improve financial well being.

Cons

Wow — that last review... spot on. Sorry to say. Xendoo must do better. This company is deeply unprofessional. There’s a concerning lack of adherence to GAAP principles, transparency, and fairness across the board. Leadership uses leads as informants, creating a toxic environment where trust is nonexistent. The workplace culture resembles a never-ending episode of Mean Girls — full of drama, cliques, and gossip. Management often handles situations with immaturity and disrespect, and it's not uncommon for the owners to speak negatively about employees to other staff members. They also terminate employees without just cause or evidence — decisions seem to be made based on hearsay or personal bias rather than facts or performance. Honestly, it's surprising they haven’t faced legal action yet. And yes — those "good" reviews? Definitely written or influenced by management and their little cliques of favorite leads. SAD. If you're currently working here, be cautious. If you're considering applying, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. It’s not worth the stress, emotional toll, or wasted time.
