Pros
1. Worked with a great group of people that only wanted to help me succeed. 2. Structural learning 3. Opportunity for professional growth, granted you're willing to drink the "koolaid"
Cons
1. CEO, Alex Yang -Micromanages -Doesn't believe in transparency within the company -Condescending and belittling -Doesn't believe his employees should have a work life balance, "Xelay is life" -Sets goals for bonuses/LTIPs and will continuously change/update them in order to decrease your potential bonus amount. -Preys on young college students or recent grads to easily manipulate. Current Xelayers like to call this being "open-minded" 2. Late nights and little sleep, not a 9 to 5 3. High stress job
