--No rules on --No timings for reports, office, lunch, dinner --No daily weekly monthly briefings --No Proper job descriptions, no KRAs, no KPIs. --No operating guidelines ( all controls depend on whims and fancies of inexperienced owners) --Shell company operates from FEW RENTED FLATS in a residential building in a residential colony (even after claiming 4 generations experience) --No Government rules compliance on labor welfare or even induction and Exit of all employees . --instant Terminations with no logic. --Attrition rate is very high due to employer misbehaviour also. --Owners director too self centered to lead --Experienced professionals aren't allowed to stay long --The moment desired particular info is extracted , any employee is sacked immediately. --the owner director always attract candidates by talking big grandiose plans during interview. (Yet owner fail to mention that they are lacking even the most basic office infrastructure. ) --never saw complying owner director on ESI-PF / GST / ITR/TDS filing --Unprofessional from every nook & corner- you will be unable to understand what's happening! Nobody, trust me NOBODY briefs you regarding the company policies properly, cause the 'Senior Authorities' change them as per their wish and any time of the day! --Also, Management is very disrespectful, they fire people cause, to be honest, they rarely give a proper explanation or reason, just one WhatsApp message and you are out!! --Not at all , i repeat this is a fake company --Very unprofessional behavior exhibited by boss/founder -- Unethical company

DISBURSED minimum 35 to 40 days late. No sal slips. --No polices on ESI , PF and employee welfare. --No Government rules compliance on labor welfare or even induction and Exit of all employees . --instant Terminations with no logic. Mostly served through WhatsApp. --No clearance salary to terminated employees --Rules/ SOPs changed without information --Owner Director not experienced or qualifed to lead --Owner Director never provide basic equipments to function --No soft or hard copies of past records ever maintained. --Attrition rate is very high due to employer misbehaviour also. --Owners director too self centered to lead --Experienced professionals aren't allowed to stay long. --The moment desired particular info is extracted , any employee is sacked immediately. --the owner director always attract candidates by talking big grandiose plans during interview.
