      Executive leadership from senior directors and above are out of touch. They expect the impossible while providing no staff to get the job done. Will not admit fault.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
