      Pay and benefits are good

      Cons

      Every year more work with less people and now taking away all OT. Expecting more but never repairing equipment. Always having to find workarounds. They say no hurry, be safe then point fingers and blame when things aren’t done quickly.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
