Pros
There are still employees that cares.
Cons
The company is not the same as it once was. All the ceo talks about every quarter is stock price, blaming the employees for the stock price. Then another executive comes on and talks about overspending on O&M. Last year, the company was committed on WFH, with occasional trips to the office for meetings when needed. Then all of a sudden, we are required to go back to the office for "team collaboration ". They said it was what the employees wanted, but in actuality it was based on a study that Xcel didn't even do. They got it from somewhere else. Afterwards, offering voluntary retirement and layoffing employees just to meet their stock price. There are many companies out there that would rather deal with the hardships to keep their employees. This CEO and his team has got to go.
