Committed to hiring veterans; does some very respectable things in the community; the role that the company plays as a part of critical infrastructure is paramount
Cons
New Customer & Innovation group is a joke - disjointed, trying to turn the company into more of a technology company than a utility; getting anything done is like pulling teeth; too much internal politics; a lot of back stabbing and passive aggressive behaviors; culture and values are not lived.
