      Great atmosphere, great company, loved the employees and the management.

      Cons

      If you start out as a contracted position it can be hard to get hired onto a full time benefited position.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
