Pros
Decent product. Constantly tries to evolve itself as the product keeps pace with changing market. Good learning opportunities. Company has managed to bag some good deals even in the downturn.
Cons
Pay and benefits are hardly inline with market - when employees raised this in all-hands prior CEO said "Deal with it". Very very poorly handled layoffs, again under the prior CEO . Culture and employee morale is rapidly deteriorating as everyone wants to save their positions.
