Pros

They is no vairable pay. All the amounts are fixed pay

Cons

Xaana every things and department are unorganised. Each employees didn't stay more than 3 months. They didn't pay on time. CEO of the company has no knowledge on People management. He will pressure employees always to come on Video calls for silly meeting. They don't have proper working rights in Australia. They are hiring resources all around the globe like India, Indonesia, Japan, Pakistan with different timezones we need to work. All the days need to work only sunday is hoilday if CEO approves. Employees treated as slaves. Even the one good review for Xaana is from CEO.

1. owner changes mind everyday, so no chance in growing 2. Be ready to work over 50 hours per week 3. no family life 4. constant weekends work 5. no social life. 6. no hr Support 7. no change you that you can share your ideas. 8. no rules, they copy big companies work and use there presentations without consent.

Nothing good about this company at all. No inch of kindness from the owner whatsoever.

* Owner has zero leadership and management skills. Berates people. Shames people. Micromanages people. Doesn't know what he wants everyday. You hang on a thin thread everyday with his temper. Forces its employees to post and like fake positive reviews here. * Job is very dubious. No clarity and direction on what you need to do and what is expected from you yet the expectations for you to delivery on what you dont know is high. Sets you up for failure. * Pay is peanuts. No overtime pay but mandatory to finish your work in wee-hours of days and nights. Owner doesn't care if you're sick or it's your off. He will treat you like he owns you so you must obey. * No HR. This is probably the only company I've worked with that doesn't have HR. No culture. No care for people. How can you raise your concerns about your work when the owner himself is the problem? * This company will really drain your soul. Your mental and physical health will suffer. They have average attrition rate of 2-3 mos. This company is insufferable.
