The XY Sense product is far and away the best in the industry. The company cares deeply about serving its clients outstandingly well and focuses lots of attention on giving people the opportunity and flexibility to excel. I report to the Head of Marketing, who is super-smart, has genuine vision for what she's trying to build, and who leads without micromanaging. She's a great person to learn from and takes the time to make people feel included. The other leaders in the company have that same kind of passion and direction. The company brings all employees together twice a year to discuss goals and strategies and really listens to what people have to say about the work, culture, and roadmap of the business. The company also has very progressive policies on hybrid work, benefits like parental leave, training, and personal growth.

XY Sense is a global company, so you have to be comfortable working with a very distributed team. The company has people across the US, Europe, India, SEA, and ANZ. A little hours flexibility is required, like taking a meeting an hour before 9AM or after 5PM so that you can work with people in multiple regions. But you'll find leadership and managers just as willing to be a little flexible as they ask you to be. So it feels very fair.
