After ExxonMobil's purchase of XTO things went down hill in a hurry. I transferred over to XTO as part of a transition team to role out new processes. after three years of XTO chasing off all other XOM employees they successfully found a way to get rid of me. I dealt with extreme prejudice, favoritism, sexism, fraternization and backward dealings the entire time I worked for this company.
