Collaborative people with a lot of creative juices. The whole team contributes even in little ways. Creatives are always on top of their game, marketing is always on trend, project management is always open. CEO is brutally creative. It's just really sad that he passed away early.

Long working hours. lacks manpower specially on the multimedia editing side.
