100% productivity, only pay for one hour of direct patient care, unpaid time for documentation and other work related tasks including daily email and Teams communications and meetings. Extensive documentation Poor patient reliability, many no shows (unpaid) Extensive on boarding Require staff to use too many applications from Microsoft’s teams, dial pad, zoom, gusto, Athena, outlook, litmos, cliniko..etc having to troubleshoot and teach non tech savvy people how to use headset and fix connectivity issues and other tech issues.
