      Good compensation & bonus Some smart people

      Cons

      One of the worst senior management. High Turnover rate. Management do not care. No career growth. Bad morale among traders. So much gossip and back stage talking.

      Pros

      Excellent wlb due to wfh for all employees.

      Cons

      Low pay compared to industry. There is really only one profitable desk. Be lucky and join that one. If not, get laid off.
