Pros
I made friends here and I did learn a lot.
Cons
Management is horrible, there is no work life balance, the people there never take lunch breaks (which makes you feel like you can’t either), horrible pay (you can have a whole masters/ bachelor degree and still get paid less than 15 dollars an hour), you have to give a 3 months notice if you want to take time off and show doctors note, work culture there is terrible, coworker will randomly just stop showing up and you are left with their workload, no one ever has time to teach you how to properly do the work, the morale in the office is depressing, and they withheld my last paycheck for 2 months after I left the company. Honestly the list going on. This place is just not worth it. You will go in there with good intentions to learn and to do a great job, but you will just be taken advantage of and seen as cheap labor.
