Can not think of any good memory about this company.

Cons

Extremely bad management. To much favoritism the work. Some of the Upper Management are incompetent at best and malicious and vengeful at worst. The HR team is deceitful and incredibly unprofessional and couldn’t find integrity with a dictionary. Management does not foster an environment of growth and teamwork. The benefits are poor and the pay is even worse. There is no work/life balance, and they have no issues with piling on more work than any sane person can handle, all while preaching about how good the company is. If you are willing to work 7-11 with lower salary, this is the place for you. Don't join if you are looking for a cosy corner or steady state, routine roles. No appreciation at all. No support from Managers. Career progression is not good.

Pros

The employees are fantastic—supportive, collaborative, and genuinely good people to work with. There’s a strong family-oriented culture, and work-life balance is generally respected, which makes day-to-day work sustainable and less stressful compared to many companies in the industry.

Cons

The compensation package is not very competitive compared to similar roles in the market. Some of the product technology feels outdated, which can make innovation and efficiency more challenging. Additionally, upper management can feel somewhat cliquey at times, which may impact transparency and broader team inclusion.
