1. Lack of management. - Seems everything is organized but lacks detailed rules. - Some company rules are not officially listed on the employee's handbook and contract, only known by some managers. 2. The career path is not clear. - There are no rules to determine who can get a promotion. - Personal yearly performance review is not objective. 3. Product becomes more price-driven, instead of performance and function-driven.
