Pros

The people here are some of the most talented, genuine folks you will ever have the privilege of working and collaborating with in the SaaS space. I hope to work with many of them again, but not at Aurea. The customers are incredible.

Cons

Buckle up, this is gonna get bumpy-- Executive leadership has been a complete failure on executing and delivering on their promises at every turn, leading us on a death spiral ending with the last ditch sale to Aurea where our "optionality" is worthless. The number one goal of a CEO should be to not run out of money. Dave Elkington and Chris Harrington, you have failed us all. Shame on you. Blowing through $310M in less than 5 years, wasteful spending on Exec leaders from Salesforce that did nothing for the business. Flip flopping on shutting down a successful SMB/MidMarket space (letting it go to Outreach and SalesLoft, boastfully and erroneously stating that we can let them have that space, they "will never catch up"). Pride goeth before a fall, that has never been a truer statement, XANT/ISDC is the epitome of that statement. Also, any reviews here that have been written from folks in Austin, TX from August 3rd with glowing reviews, are posers from Aurea trying to boost the rating and hide the reality.
