I have enjoyed working in this company for many years. If you are a career driven person this is the right place to go to work every day. Everyone who shows effort over time gets an opportunity to develop and take on more responsibility regardless of education background or age. Before writing this review I read some of the other comments and I have to say if you are just looking to collect a paycheck and take it easy this may not be the right company for you. This company is very driven, energetic and set up for success. It’s like jumping on a fast train. Of course there are people that enjoy taking a horse carriage instead...no judgment. The business strategy is one of the best I have ever seen which at the end of the day secures all jobs within. In my opinion a company can only be a great employer if they are successful in their industry and the people inside working together. The ownership and upper management is very transparent, hands-on and approachable. Also during COVID this company did everything they can for their employees. I cannot recommend this company more.
Great salary, great opportunities, great management, top notch facility and offices, healthcare and all the other bells and whistles
