Their internal communications and processes are virtually non existent. It’s hard to reach someone there who actually knows something about anything. The interview process was thorough however, but ultimately proved to be misleading in job availability, job proximity, compensation, and other aspects. The interviewer set expectations about the interview and onboarding process that were later discovered to be invalid. Overall a lack of care from staff regarding constructive feed back, there was no follow up, no follow through, spotty and inconsistent communications, and mediocre employee support. Retaliatory actions and disparaging statements from staff and manager when these issues were raised to management in good faith.
