1) Intelligent and committed people who will go out of their way to support their colleagues and cope with work challenges together. (Super important as they are willing to help!!) 2) Management has trust with employees and less micro managing. 3) Fun office culture where we brainstorm marketing ideas together for campaigns strategies 4) Great leadership from Executive Director (management) whom works very closely with Project team and provides support as and when we need help. 5) A variety of campaigns to work with and job is never boring! Get to try different range of products from our client! 6) Meet many new friends from social media while handling our KOLs.
Cons
1) Salary, bonus, benefits may not be the perks yet. 2) Need to be more independent in terms of industry knowledge, lacking of trainings
