Amazing people and resources who are extraordinarily committed to the vision of the company.

X-Energy has an excellent combination of resources available for employees, But there should be more training on how the resources interact.

There was great camaraderie amongst the main workers.

This company has highly dysfunctional leadership that does not know how to lead people or manage complex projects. There is very little planning and most people spend time putting fires out or on non-value add activities. It is not likely this company will be successful.
