The founders are unfit to practice architecture let alone run an architectural practice. Farid is a manipulative, cheap, arrogant, and a total scam. He is the master of micromanaging people and bullying them until they burn out. Ahmed is immature and delusional about his capabilities and skill. He believes he is great, in reality he wont even qualify as a intermediate level architect in a decent architectural firm. He is also loud and disrespectful very often. In terms of project experience, X Architects has very rearly got to past the concept stage of a project (that is not a private villa) and not got a termination letter from the client.
