Pros

Fully expensed company car for Field Sales personnel including private use. They provide extensive in-house training with really good content.

Cons

The structure of the divisions within the organisation need to be reassessed. There are too many divisions and therefore too many sales consultants with similar areas of business. Salaries are very low for Sales consultants and commission isn't the greatest and not that easily achievable. Geographical areas for sales consultants vary in size and the ability to sell and earn depends on the size of your area and the amount of potential customers within that area.

Pros

Great size company. Not too big to be overly corporate but not too small to grow your career. However for higher management positions they seem like they hire outside the organization a lot.

Cons

Wurth was great for a long time but had poor performance and it seemed like there was a over correction to drive employees to success (flexibility removed, bonuses removed). Felt like a punishment. Many people left.
