Cons
A new generation of managers have recently been employed that know absolutely sod all about their chosen market place. They have been trained to micro manage and feed you a load of lies. A couple of the area managers in the midlands spend more time slagging their reps off than actually helping. Accuse you of not doing the work when behind closed doors they themselves are not doing the work.
