Pros
When I joined, I thought I will get an opportunity to learn, but it turned out to be a humiliating experience.
Cons
1. Since I knew the leadership team since my Accenture days and had a great respect for them, I really wanted to work with them. 2. After joining, realized that there is no hand-holding and the blame is conveniently put on the employees. 3. Even though they worked in very senior positions in very respectable companies, running a company is not their cup of tea. 4. They laid off my entire team and me and with great difficulty I managed to get my salary. 5. PF for deducted for my team and me, but the details were never shared with us.
