Cons
Management is abysmal, no real direction. They hire good people who know what they are doing but expect them to follow blindly, and then blame them when they fall short for following management directives despite not being given much of a choice. There is a lot of turnover because no one can really take working there for long, and they also get rid of people they don’t like, despite some of them being strong employees. HR is one person who works remotely, and cares more about protecting the company and its leadership than offering assistance and support for all the other employees. It’s the only logical explanation for some of those directors still working there despite complaints of hostile work environment and sexual harassment.
