High employee turnover; Lack of diversity, and/hence overall poor English skills of the staff; Demotivated employees staying in comfort zone for 10+ years; Mediocre middle management; High pressure on core team. If you have nothing else to choose from, accept the challenge and join, but I don’t recommend: you’ll be considered as a ‘fresh blood’ who has to resolve all the long-collected issues no one cared to resolve before.
