Pros
-Wrike is one of the coolest and most efficient work management tools to use. -There are many talented people, and you can get a lot of inspiration from them. -There is strong potential for personal growth. -Your contribution is appreciated, especially if you communicate and present your impact clearly to your manager.
Cons
-There is sometimes confusion around management’s direction, which makes it difficult for individual contributors to keep up. -Wrike shares best practices for using the product, but these are not always adopted internally by the Wrike team itself. ( You feel frustration ) -It can be challenging if you are allocated to a customer pool with high churn, as this will still be counted against your performance. (Manager might understand you but the low number will lead to your bonus reduction anyway) -Advice from management can sometimes be less effective when your customers are non-English speakers or from outside North America, as the senior management perspective is often centered on traditional North American customers.
