      Lots of opportunities here, free flights into the villages and bush, can get flight hours, can pick up a trade, great people, family owned business.

      Cons

      Expect to work hard, they tell you right off the bat what to expect and it is exactly what they say it is.

      Great pay. *Lots of flying hours. *Management allows pilots to take time off as needed. *Owners and management are TOP notch!

      To cold to be working at -40 in February. I9 90 program needs to include a few more carriers.
