- HIGH staff turnover because of their TWO year probation that lets them get away with anything, they will sack you after two years as ‘failed probation’
- Job is never secure, you could lose it at any time if they need to make budget cuts, etc
- End up doing way more then your job title, if you dont you are not doing ‘good enough’
- Even the people with no targets, or commission, get fired
- Managers do not care
