Development team is amazing. The product itself is innovative and really has potential. Semi-casual work environment. Nice location. It gave me a kickstart in my career in game development. For that, I am thankful for working here.

To be honest, upper management treat their employees like garbage. No respect is given, but they require you give it in return. No flexibility on time off or working from home as they rarely are willing to work with their employees. Treat their employees like they are dispensable. It is a startup company, but compensation is terrible.
