Pros

Unlimited PTO and decent health insurance coverage.

Cons

Look, this used to be a great company two years with some really wonderful people. They are all gone now. They've either been laid off, quit or were fired under the guise they "chose to move on". The investor came in, and now it's your typical corporate hell void of any sincere, authentic human connection with people who do not understand the product or how to market it, but like to believe they are experts on any subject. I would advise that you read the reviews here and find a company you would actually enjoy working for. You are never desperate enough to sacrifice your happiness and mental health for a job. This company is on a karmic wheel you don't want in your life.

Pros

Wowza has a strong industry reputation. Product works well and not cold calling. The company also has had some very good offering in recent months. The team members are good and leadership is fair to work with and recent innovation has been good. Everyone is very nice and supportive. On recent timing wowza has become very focused on customer and customers support and success is one of the best.

Cons

They have old systems. There is very little training and sometimes you have to rely on others to get work. The benefits are not up to standards.

Pros

Strong leadership team with a clear vision for the future of the business. The company is evolving in meaningful ways, with renewed focus on innovation, customer outcomes, and operational excellence. Teams are collaborative, highly committed, and willing to work cross-functionally to solve complex challenges. There is strong visibility to executive leadership and meaningful opportunity to influence strategy and drive impact.

Cons

Like many companies navigating transformation, priorities can shift quickly and teams are often asked to move at a fast pace. Change management and internal communication can continue to improve as the organization scales and evolves.
