Gosh where do I start.. 1. Poor management leadership 2. Ridiculously childlike office rules 3. Higher intern to full time employee ratio 4. Chewing more projects than they can actually digest. 5. No proper procedures or controls in place. 6. Poor communication between management and staff. 7. Management not open to feedbacks or suggestions. 8. Lack in quality talents. 9. Business development team is a whole new mess altogether. 10. Cheap labor. 11. Salary pay is not always on time. 12. Passive working culture.
